Take off
- Head up
- Eyes look in direction of the hop or forward
- Stand on one foot and bend knee
- Knee of other leg bent and foot off ground
- Straighten the leg you are standing on to push off
- Push off from the ball/midsection of the foot
Flight
- Keep knee of raised leg bent
- Arms are bent and swing forward and up
- Leg and arms swing in rhythm with the hop
Landing
- On one foot
- Support knee bends for a soft, absorbed landing
- Movement starts again from that bend
