To catch the other teams
Divide the group into 4 teams. Create a playing area and a holding area using the lines on the gym floor. One team is the taggers, the other 3 teams are the runners. Play begins when the runners are in position on the lines. The runners must stay on the lines or automatically go to the holding area and perform a fitness exercise (ex. jumping jacks) before rejoining the game. Once a player is tagged they must go to the holding area and perform a fitness exercise until another player from their own team has been tagged.
