Minimal prep easy olympics!
Try out a bunch of olympic type events with minimal prep!
Discus: Use a paper plate. Shot Put: Use a balloon or smaller ball. Running Race: Line up at the start and race to the other side. High Jump: Use a Chinese jump rope Relay Race: Make teams and space children around the gym. 1 player from each team holds onto a popsicle stick as their button. Long Jump: Place painters tape on the floor at various lengths and try to see how far you can jump. Javelin Throw: Grab a noodle and throw.
Space out the stations.
